PROGRAMS

CORE PERFORMANCE

Designed for the active adult (18+ years old). CRF Core Performance is a fun, fast paced and challenging way to increase fitness and metabolism levels. Utilizing neuromuscular exertion training to develop fundamental skills. This 60-minute session will help athletes to increase their power, speed, agility and overall fitness levels. Combined with proper nutrition education, CRF Core Performance athletes set their own long and short-term goals and will quickly see the results they have desired physically, mentally and performance-wise.

YOUTH PROGRAMMING

Youth and athletic training programs are designed to help improve performance and decrease injuries. With our programs, young athletes get the tools they need to elevate their strength, endurance, speed, power, and flexibility. These programs include performance testing, nutrition and effective recovery techniques to help optimize overall performance and educate young athletes.

CRF ATHLETICS, SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING, is a cyclical, sports-specific program which meets twice per week for 90 minutes. It is for serious athletes, of any age and level, to enhance their ability to perform at their highest potential.
